Would you still take photos, paint, build things? Would you keep making your IG or TikTok videos?

I think about this sometimes – the love for creating, not for the likes or the followers, but for the sheer joy of making something that matters to me. Photography has always been that for me, a way to express, capture, and tell stories, regardless of who’s watching.

For me, so much of photography is about connection—the camaraderie I build not just with the people in front of the camera, but also with those working alongside me. If I were the last person on Earth, I’d have to shift what I photograph, since that connection wouldn’t be there. But even then, I would still create. It would be the only thing that keeps me going.
